Yes, of course! Shopping online with Steamline Luggage is 100% secure. We use a payment service provider, Stripe, to handle our credit card transactions. Stripe is a leader in online security, and maintains several layers of technology to keep your information safe and secure at all times. We also offer Paypal as an alternative payment method, should you so wish. Once payment has been processed, we will dispatch your new luggage as quickly as possible, after which you will receive an automated email with your shipping number and tracking details. Do Steamline Luggage ship worldwide?

Yes, Steamline Luggage ships to most countries worldwide. However, currently we can’t ship to either Russia or Indonesia. If you have any queries regarding your delivery location please contact our team on hello@steamlineluggage.com before you place an order and we will do our best to find a way to get our cases to you.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we don’t. This is because we use FedEx as our shipping & delivery provider. FedEx are a private delivery service and as such cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes, which are under the control of the Postal Service.

How do I track my luggage?

Once you place your order with us, you will automatically receive an email outlining your shipping details and tracking number. We ship with FedEx and you can use this information to track your new suitcase on their website, as it makes its way to your doorstep.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may of course return it to us.  Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form.

I'm not entirely happy with my case. How do I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your SteamLine Luggage order we are more than happy to provide a refund for all standard products purchased on our website within 365 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I customize my luggage?

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer a customization or monogramming service.

However, it is something that we’re very interested in doing in the future. Please email your suggestions to hello@steamlineluggage.com and we`ll keep you updated.

What are the measurements and dimensions of Steamline Luggage cases?

It depends which case you are talking about!  

In general our Attaché cases measure 11.8 x 7.9 x 4.7 inches (30 x 20 x 12 cm), our Carryon cases measure 19.7 x 14.6 x 6.7 inches (50 x 37 x 17 cm), our Stowaway cases measure 23.6 x 15.7 x 8.3 inches (60 x 40 x 21 cm) and our Spinner cases measure 26.7 x 16.2 x 9.8 inches (68 x 40 x 25 cm).  

The best way to see for sure and get an idea of the actual size of any one case, is to visit our website at www.steamlineluggage.com. Simply go to the product that you're interested in and click the ‘details' tab.  The measurements and weight of the case in question will be clearly displayed there.

Can Steamline Luggage Stowaway cases be used as cabin baggage when travelling by air?

Good question! We all know how strict airlines have become on cabin baggage allowances in recent years.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Measuring 23.6 x 15.7 x 8.3 inches (60 x 40 x 21 cm), our Stowaway cases are simply too large to be used as cabin baggage.  

However, all cases in our Carryon category have been designed specifically to meet these strict regulations, and as such they make perfect inflight companions.  Don’t forget that our smaller attaché luggage items can also be used as cabin baggage.

How do I set the combination lock on my new Steamline Luggage case?

The answer is easily! All it takes is four quick steps and you can change the combination lock to whatever you desire.

First, open the lock by sliding the square button away from the combination dials to release the latch. Note the combination code will be set at 000 when it arrives to you. Then, while the lock is open, slide the square button towards the combination dials.  Keep holding this button until you have completed the next step and have reset the lock. Next, set your new combination by rolling each dial until it displays your desired code making sure the three digits are centered in the middle and that your new code is something that you will remember in the future. Finally, release the button.

And that’s it, it’s that simple! You now have a customized combination code of your choosing!

I’ve lost my keys, how can I get a replacement set?

Firstly, I’m so sorry to hear this.  We can of course send you replacement keys.  In order to do this, please send us an email to hello@steamlineluggage.com with your original order number and the code from your lock.  To find the code you need: look at the lock and you will see that there are two circles around it. The outer circle will have a number starting with TSA and the inner circle will have a 3 digit number such as 201 or 202.  I need the number from the inner circle.

I’d like to order a case that is out of stock. How long will I be waiting?

We know that no one likes waiting too long for something that they would like to purchase.  Unfortunately, the wait time will depend on the luggage that you have in mind. The best thing to do is to sign up for our newsletter and that way you’ll be the first to hear about restocked collections, new collections and promotions. Is there somewhere I can see the luggage before I purchase online?

The best place to purchase a Steamline Luggage case is directly from our website.  We do however have a limited number of stockists – Reiss Stores, The Apartment by The Line and Neiman Marcus – but it is only online that you will see our full range of collections and colours.  And remember, if for any reason, you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a full refund as long as the case is returned to us both unused and with its original packaging.

Care

How can I best care for my new luggage?

As with any natural leather product, the appearance of your Steamline Luggage will change over time. The vegetable-tanned leather softens and often darkens depending on your own adventures around the world and how well it is stored during your sojourns at home. These changes are entirely expected and will not affect your luggage’s functionality. In fact, in our own experience, well-used luggage is usually accompanied by a very happy traveller!

Enclosed with all carryons and stowaways you will find a protective rain cover for your luggage. Please use the protective cover when you need to check-in or think you might be on rougher terrain. Simply slip the cover over your case and whisk off again when you want to attract the attention of passersby and fellow travel companions.

To clean your case, please wipe clean with damp cloth. Some dirt and scuff marks can be removed with a neutral eraser. Be careful when removing travel stickers as this can tear the surface of your case. Please use a warm damp cloth and mild soap to remove strong adhesives from airport communication stickers. Should you have an Editor style case, the linen body can be cleaned with gentle brush and mild soap. And remember to embrace the beauty marks of travel as you and your SteamLine case adventure together.
