Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items purchased from SteamLineLuggage.com and returned within 15 days of the delivery date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be in new original condition and in their original packaging. 

Simply email us at hello@steamlineluggage.com with your order number, and we will provide a complimentary returns label. All returns are subject to a 8% processing fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover handling. 

If the item has been used and does not pass our inspection and is not deemed in salable condition, we will not refund the item.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be canceled once placed.

Testing at Home

To ensure satisfaction upon receipt of your SteamLine, we encourage you to test it at home. Try it on a carpet to prevent marks on the wheels and feel free to do a trial packing, or see how many hats you can fit in your hatbox.

When items are returned they are checked for signs of use, so please take care to ensure the case remains in its original condition while in your home. Should cases be returned to us not in their original condition, or without their original packaging, we will be unable to accept the return or exchange. In this case the item may be sent back to you at your own expense. 

Exchange / Store Credit Policy (Free Return)

We are delighted to always offer a free return* in exchange for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us a hello@steamlineluggage.com with your order number and we will start the process.

*All returns must be in unused, saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Clearance Items 

All clearance items are final sale and therefore our return policy above does not apply to them. A clearance item is anything with a 40% discount or higher. Clearance products are tested to the same standards and hold the same warranty as any other products but may have minor* cosmetic blemishes as they are end-of-line stock and therefore have been in storage for longer periods.

Return & Refund Timeframe

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible but in busier periods this can take up to 3 weeks from when they are received back. You will receive a notification once a refund has been issued and, depending on your bank, it can take up to a further 5 business days for the funds to revert to your account. All refunds are returned to the initial form of payment. This means if you’re returning a gift, we have to return the funds to the purchaser,  but you can always receive store credit or an exchange.
