Our Policy

If you are not completely in love with your luggage you can return it, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@steamlineluggage.com with your order number and we will initiate the process. Please note return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Our returns policy does not apply to clearance items which are sales final.

Protecting Your Case
When you have received your case we encourage you to test it out at home! Once you keep it on carpet to prevent marks on the wheels please feel free to do a trial packing, or see how many hats you can fit in your hatbox. When items are returned they are checked for signs of use or removal of the original packaging so be careful to ensure the case remains in its original condition while in your home. Should cases be returned not in their original condition or without their original packaging we will only be able to offer a partial refund. You will also have the option to have the item returned to you.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible but in busier periods this can take up to three weeks from when they are received. You will receive a notification once a refund has been issued and depending on your bank it can take up to five working days for the funds to revert to your account. All refunds are returned to the initial form of payment. Sadly this means if you’re returning a gift we have to return the funds to the purchaser.
